The room was clean, but the bath area was in need of renovation. The pillows were well-used, but adequate. The linens were adequate, the towels were very nice. We were somewhat surprised that the kitchen area was not cleaned in the 3 days that we were there. No dish soap, or any way to wash and dry the dishes, so we didn't, and neither did the housekeeping dept. Our locks had to be repaired.
