The bathroom had mold, and the rooms were old. We complained and the manager gave us $50 off on our stay. It does not look like any other Hyatt property, as it needs urgent renovations. The staff was very nice though.

The staff was wonderful. My room was nice and the bed was awesome, but the carpet was disgusting. I was afraid to take my shoes off. If it wasn't that I was only staying for one night, I would have complained.
