Overall Property Condition: 5. Value for Money Paid: 5 3 2 2 2 The room was not bad but it reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was "non-smoking". The windows did not open and the curtained doors to the deck opened to literally over the freeway. The noise was so loud, it made conversation impossible. If you forego the ocean (peek) view, you can avoid being over the freeway. The manager was very sweet and did what he could with what he had to work with.
