The heated pool was very cold. The sunken hot tub needs to have a banister to help people get in or out. I fell in and had to have 2 people to get me out of the hot tub. Another person fell in when my niece was in the tub; my niece helped the other person get out. The so-called steps in the tub are too slippery to use without help!
