We found several insects in our room. The hot tub should be considered dangerous. The only step to the seat is somewhat more than 24" a heck of a surprise to someone with bad knees! In order to get out, I had to sit on the side of the hot tub, scoot across the tiles to the swimming pool, fall in, then walk to the pool steps. NOT a pleasant experience!!
