The location is perfect - we enjoyed the view of the London Bridge from our balcony. The rooms are very clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. No room service, but breakfast at Makai (which is a short walk) was great.

As nice as this hotel was, we had a big problem on the friday night of the stay. There's a club across the river that blasts music until 2am. We could not sleep at all until it stopped. Considering we paid extra to stay there on a friday night and then stayed up half the night waiting for the music and dj to stop, the price of the room definitely wasn't worth it.
