The lobby had no furniture. The room was outdated with mold on the window frames. The room had broken blinds/furniture. The room had bugs that would not die. There was no shampoo/conditioner or garbage pail in the room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was a banging sound in the walls. In summary, the property is a disaster. I would not refer anybody to this hotel. Rating 0 stars.

Unfortunately we had a bed bug in one bed which ruined our stay. No internet connection, but it was handy to have a fridge and microwave.

Best asset: silence. This property is an interesting mix: part residence, part hotel, which gives it a homey, local vibe. I spoke with several of the folks who live there, and each one was very happy with the place and the management. They also had great advice about where to eat, shop, walk, etc., helping the city live up to its deserved slogan "City of Good Neighbors".
